Welcome to the Friarsgate Basketball Association. FBA is a volunteer organization providing a youth basketball and cheerleading program for ages 5 - 18 and located in Irmo, South Carolina. FBA has two all girls leagues for ages 9 - 11 and 12 - 15. Our cheerleading squad is for ages 5-12. FBA currently has board positions available. If you are interested in serving on the Board and joining a wonderful league, e-mail FBA. We look forward to another fun-filled and exciting year with the youths of the Irmo, Chapin, Lexington and nearby Columbia, South Carolina communities. |

The tournament games are underway, and we've had some great games so far. Congratulations to ALL our players! Come out to the park on Saturday, February 25th, to watch the coaches play! We're hosting a coach's game @ 4pm. All coaches, board members and referees are invited to play. We encourage all our players to come cheer on your favorite coach! Sunday, February 26th, is the final day of the 2011/2012 season. We have 4 tournament games on Sunday, starting at 1pm. We hope you are able to join us for these exciting games! Help FBA earn money for the league. Dick's Sporting Goods (DSG) has a new program, PLAY IT FORWARD, which can earn FBA money when you assign FBA to your DSG Score Card and purchase items at Dick's Sporting Goods. You still get your Score Card rewards, while simulatenously earning credit for FBA. Sign up it easy; have your DSG Score Card available and go to the PLAY IT FORWARD page.
